Refund and
cancellation policy

The rule
- A society may cancel at any time by writing to info@aneriguidelines.com.
- Within 60 days of the plan start date, everything paid is refunded, with no deductions.
- After 60 days, the 30% setup fee inside the yearly amount is not refunded.
- The months already used are charged at one-twelfth of the yearly amount each. A month that has started counts as used.
- Whatever is left of the amount paid is refunded. If nothing is left, there is no refund.
Refund after 60 days = amount paid − 30% setup fee − (yearly amount ÷ 12 × months used)

How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the society's bank account, after the cancellation is confirmed in writing.
Moving to another product
Moving up or down is not a cancellation. The unused time of the old product is deducted from the price of the new one – see our terms.
