Privacy notice

This notice explains how Aneri Guidelines ("we"), the company behind GrihaVittaSetu, uses personal data shared with us through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect on this website

  • What you type in the demo form: your name, mobile number, society name, city, state, district, society type, number of homes and the product you are interested in.
  • Your consent: the words you agreed to and the time you agreed.
  • Technical details: your internet address (IP), browser type, the page you sent the form from, and campaign tags in the link you followed. We use these to stop spam and to understand which pages help people.

Counting visits

To know how many people visit, we count each page visit with: the page, the website you came from, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer) and a code that changes every day. The code is made one-way from your connection, so it cannot be turned back into your internet address and cannot follow you from one day to the next. We do not store your internet address for this, we keep these counts for 13 months, and we use no cookies at all for it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

  • To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry, show you a demo and send you a proposal.
  • To keep the website safe from spam and misuse.

We use your data only because you agreed to it by ticking the box in the form: "I agree that GrihaVittaSetu (Aneri Guidelines) may contact me by phone, WhatsApp or email about this enquiry."

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. Only our own team sees your enquiry. We use trusted service providers to run this website and to deliver our emails; they handle the data only for us.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while we are in touch with you about it, and for up to two years after our last contact. After that, we delete it. If you become a customer, your details move into our customer records.

Your rights

  • Ask what data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or complete it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time – we then stop contacting you.
  • Name another person to use these rights for you.

Write to info@aneriguidelines.com with the mobile number you used. We will reply as soon as possible and within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Data inside the society app

When a society uses GrihaVittaSetu, the society decides what member data is entered and why. We store and process that data only to run the service for the society, keep it separate from other societies, and never use it for our own marketing.

Keeping it safe

This website and our apps use a secure HTTPS connection. Access to enquiries is limited to our team.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
