Which product should my society start with?
Small societies that only need receipts and expenses start with Sangrah Setu. Most running societies choose Hisaab Setu for full accounts. Sampoorna Setu is coming soon. Tell us about your society and we'll suggest one.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on your society's size, type and product. Contact us and we'll give you a clear yearly price.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The first 30 days are free on your own real app, after you sign a short paper. If you continue, your plan starts that day and your data stays. You can also see a live demo with a full year of sample data first.
Who enters our old data?
You do, with our guides. You enter your units, members, rates and opening balances, and we help by phone, WhatsApp and email. We do our best to get you running.
Can members see their own accounts?
Yes. Every member gets a login to see their dues, receipts and khata on their own phone.
Can our CA or accountant use it?
Yes. Your CA gets a look-only login with reports and a Tally export. If you don't have one, we can provide a CA and accountant for a limited number of societies.
Which languages are available?
English is always available, plus the language of your state, chosen once at setup. Gujarati is ready today; more languages are being added.
Does it work for bungalows and shops?
Apartment societies are fully supported today. Bungalows and plots, shops and offices, and mixed societies are coming soon – each unit type will keep its own rate in one set of books. Tell us about your society; we fit it into the app as it grows.
Can we move to a bigger product later?
Yes. The price is discussed again, the unused time of the old product is deducted, and we help move your data as far as we can.
How do we pay?
Yearly, by online payment, cheque or bank transfer, in favour of Rajshi Ghelabhai Kachhot. We do not accept cash.
What if we stop?
Within 60 days of your plan start, everything you paid is refunded. After that, you get a refund for unused months, after the setup fee. See our refund policy for the exact rule.
Is our data safe?
The site runs on a secure HTTPS connection, every login is separate, and nothing is silently deleted – every change leaves a trail. A society that has left is deleted only after 6 months and a final reminder. Your society's data belongs to your society.
